Example 158:   Four fertilizers (treatments: A, B, C, & D) were compared and three watering schemes (blocks: 3 times per week, 5tpw, & 7tpw) using a RBD experiment.   The results (crop yields in kilograms) are shown below.   Use a 5% significance to test if the fertilizers all produce the same yields.
